[Pro] Exhibio Text

Hi. A small problem seems to have appeared from nowhere! On this site when you open the exhibio 2 thumbnails, the text overlaps the arrows at bottom right. It is still readable, but previously the text box has been shortened on the right so as not to overlap. I’d be grateful for a ‘fix’. Thanks.

Problem solved and the solution is probably well known. There is some html text to be added to the page which fixed this issue. Thanks.

Hi Paul,

Can you share the solution here in case anyone else has this problem?

Sure, Jeremy. Here is the code … not of my doing!

On the Freeway page with the thumbnails, go to Page/HTML Markup.

Under the heading After <Head> enter: <meta name=”viewport” content=”width=device-width, initial-scale=1” />

And under the heading Before <Head> enter: <style> .xb-thumblie_caption { right: 100px; } </style>

I have no idea what any of this means, but it seems to work!

I don’t think this has any effect on the caption issue.

These values can also be set directly in Freeway, using the Mobile section of the Page Output panel of the Inspector palette:

Choose “Device Width” for W Check the “Initial Scale” checkbox and leave it at 100%

This creates the same code as adding markup manually.

And under the heading Before <Head> enter: <style> .xb-thumblie_caption { right: 100px; } </style>

It sets the right edge of the caption box to be 100 pixels from the right edge of its parent, leaving space for the arrows.
