[Pro] Mals order email problem

Recently a client is not getting email notifications of orders.

This has been working for years and wonder if any of the settings need changed - the site now being served from an https

Do these notifications come from a single address, or are they set to use the customer’s address as the “from”? What I have seen over the years (and especially in the last few years) is that faking the “from” header can cause mail to be dropped by major mail systems like Gmail and Yahoo. They see the forged headers as a symptom of spam, and refuse to deliver.

Let me know how your notification mail is set to be delivered. It’s unlikely to be related to https, by the way.
