Are you sure that the element has an ID? Is this coming out of an Action (which might get attached to a table cell in a non-layered layout) or is it part of a hand-coded exercise? To see if a missing ID is possibly the case, try adding this line just inside the function body (before the try/catch block):

if (!id) {
    console.log('no id provided');
    return;
}

It was part of an action. The problem was with a global js file I was using for 3 pages. While all the effects were working it was throwing errors in Firebug, probably due to a syntax error on my part when I combined everything into one file. I created a separate js file for each page and the error is now gone.

Thanks

Hi Jayson,

Can you send your file in to [email protected] for them to take a look, please? They’ll let you know what you need to do to get things working.

Cheers, Joe

I have 2 sites that i run via Freeway Pro. Both are giving me Javascript errors all the sudden. Looking at my Actions, it appears that a FAST action loaded on 8/7/15. Not sure if that was an auto update or has anything to do with my issue. Javascript error indicates “FWOutput:fwMove” cannot make its child its parent.
